Hello and Welcome. I'm Faye, a REPS certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Coach dedicated to empowering women to live a life full of energy and vitality, whilst cutting through the noise of misinformation.

I am originally from the UK, and currently living in Qatar, with my husband Phil along with our three dogs and two cats.

My own transformation began five years ago when I faced pre-diabetes and chronic neck pain from my sedentary office job. With the right support and knowledge, I reversed my pre-diabetes and embraced a healthier lifestyle. I retrained as a Personal Trainer and I now teach mat Pilates to a whole host of individuals from beginner to advanced and those with more complex needs. I have the ability to teach pre and post natal, lower back pain and those with osteoporosis and my education is forever evolving.

Now, as I approach the next phase of my life I am keen to help other women navigate the challenges of perimenopause and beyond. With the correct balance of strength training, nutritional support and Pilates to help you become stronger and more confident in your own skin. 

As I look back on my own journey so far, I can honestly say Pilates and strength training has changed my life. I feel like my body is now heeled from my chronic pain and is stronger than ever before. I would implore anyone who is feeling discontent with their bodies or their minds to get in touch. I fully understand it takes courage to sign up to something new. I have been there myself but I promise you simply won’t regret it.
